MUMBAI: In keeping with the trend of warm nights observed through the week, night temperature hit the 30 degrees Celsius mark on Saturday, which was almost 3 degrees above normal. Minimum temperatures at the Colaba weather station have been gradually increasing since the beginning of the week. On Monday, it was 29.4 degrees Celsius, which further increased to 29.6 by Wednesday and the mercury jumped to 29.8 on Thursday and Friday.
