Leader of opposition in Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Eknath Khadse has received an SMS warning him that he would be "finished off" for speaking against terrorism, a BJP member said in the House.

"Khadse received the SMS from one Naresh Cheddi, which said he would be finished off in 24 hours and Mumbai would be destroyed in 36 hours," BJP MLA Devendra Phadnavis said, raising the issue.
Deputy Chief Minister Chhagan Bhujbal said the government would get information on the issue and inform the House by evening.
