Tawari was hinting at the illicit transfer of wealth, which he defines in his first book, titled The Final Battle – Creation of Wealth vs Transfer of Wealth, as generations of wealth without any value addition.

“The idea for the book triggered in me when I first went to the United States and the glaring disparity between the two societies struck me,” said Tawari. “While the freedom for creation of wealth is the biggest strength of the US, corruption through transfer of wealth is the biggest problem in India,” he said.

Top nuclear scientist Anil Kakodkar released the book along with N Sakhalkar, an economics professor, and Sam Venkatesam, chairman, Energy Plantation Projects India Limited.

Tawari deemed Steve Jobs and Narayan Murthy as some of the biggest creators of wealth.

“His book can inspire a new leadership that will not be exploitative,” said Kakodkar.
