The question, raised by the Opposition, was directed to Water Supply and Sanitation Minister, Laxmanrao Dhobale, instead of the public health minister.

Dhobale even gave a written reply though it had nothing to do with his department.

After a few minutes of confusion, Walse-Patil said neither the legislators knew who the question should be addressed to nor was the minister was aware of his department’s ambit.

He said the question will be reserved and the concerned minister will reply.
