"Good news for music lovers! Very soon I will start teaching classical and Bollywood singing classes online. Stay tuned," tweeted Mahadevan, who has provided compositions for films like Baghban, Baabul and Raajneeti.

Composer-singer Shankar Mahadevan launched an online music academy recently to bring Indians living in the US closer to their roots by imparting structured education in Indian classical music.

It is called the Shankar Mahadevan Academy.
