Thesun.co.uk reports Bieber, 18, released the video of "The beauty and a beat" on Twitter Oct 12 and wrote: "So to all of you... enjoy. Let's go for the 10 million mark! Me, Nicki Minaj - this is 'Beauty and a beat'."
