A post on the site reads - "The 2010 The Sun Comes Out Tour kicked off in Montreal and is headed to cities across North America! We'd like to celebrate with Shakira fans in the US and Canada by giving you a chance to get loca on stage and dance with the queen of shakin' it herself!"
Shakira wants to get up, close and personal with lucky audience members during each show of her tour, which she started in Canada last week.
