The singer shared the cover image with his 25 million something followers on Twitter.
Bieber's featuring on the cover is well timed as he has just wrapped up production for his latest music video, As Long as You Love Me, and will hit the road beginning in September for his Believe tour.On the cover, the teen sensation looks well-toned in a white tank top and is standing against a wall. The tank top is so tight that one can necklace is clearly visible even under it. The singer donned an intense look and is staring right back into the camera.
The magazine cover says 'Hot, Ready, Legal' and rightly so. The teen heartthrob has turned legal this year, when he turned 18 on March 1. He has recently released his third and latest album, Believe and it is said that the album marks his transformation into a mature singer from a teen sensation.
