Priyanka Chopra set for second music video after In My City

"I will shoot for that in Miami by end of this month," says Priyanka. The second single, whose name is yet to be announced, is due for release in the summer this year. Ask her when her fans can expect the release of her entire album and she says, "The album will release at some point after that (release of second single). That’s the norm in the west. This is also the label’s decision, not mine."



‘It took Ekta six months to convince me’.

She might be hogging the limelight with her newly released item song, Babli badmaash from Shootout At Wadala, but Priyanka Chopra admits that it took her a long time to agree to do it. Apparently, it was no cakewalk for producer Ekta Kapoor to get the actor on board."Ekta is a friend and we always wanted to work with each other. She was very insistent that I do this song. It took her over six months to convince me. I liked the song and thought, let’s do something new. That’s how I featured in it," says Priyanka, who is also playing the female lead opposite Imran Khan in Ekta’s next production, Milan Talkies. The film will be directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. Priyanka also explains why she turned down the offer of singing the song. "I am waiting for my album to come up. Till then I can’t (sing other songs). It’s not a contractual thing but it’s better for the album," says the actor, who is currently shooting for Yash Raj Films’ Gunday and Apoorva Lakhia’s Zanjeer remake.
