Singer Shaan has sung and composed a song, Life Se Panga Mat Le Yaar, whose music video was launched by the government on Thursday.

The track, which is already being aired on music channels, recognises tobacco as a major killer. “We hope the youth will internalise and live the message we want to give out, that tobacco is a ‘panga’ we can all live without,” says Shaan, who was appointed tobacco control ambassador last year.
