MUZAFFARNAGAR: An 18-year-old girl was poisoned to death when she resisted an attempt to rape her in Tewda village, police said on Wednesday. “The accused identified as Sajid Khan allegedly tried to rape the girl and poisoned her when she opposed on Tuesday,” police said. The victim’s uncle has filed a complaint against the accused and police have started a search operation against him.
