RAIPUR: Former chief minister Ajit Jogi finally declared ‘Chhattisgarh Janata Congress’ as his new political outfit at Thathapur — the native place of CM Raman Singh — in Kawardha district on Tuesday. In the presence of hundreds of his supporters, Jogi claimed that in 2018, he will form the government in Chhattisgarh.
