CHANDIGARH: Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar’s chopper developed a “technical snag” before it was to take off from Panipat to Chandigarh, officials said on Thursday. He later travelled by road to reach the destination, they added. Khattar arrived in Panipat on Wednesday and inaugurated several projects there.
