CHANDIGARH: For the second time in the past five days, Haryana IAS officer Ashok Khemka, recently charge-sheeted by the BJP government, expressed his anguish. In a July 13 tweet, the IAS officer said: “Charge-sheet leaked in the media. Established procedure defiled. Is it a public trial? If so, then why conceal my replies.” The decision to charge-sheet Khemka for unsold wheat seeds was taken during the rule of the previous Congress regime led by Bhupinder Singh Hooda.
