NEW DELHI: The ministry of external affairs conveyed to Enforcement Directorate that they cannot proceed with extradition process against former IPL boss Lalit Modi as there is no chargesheet against him, sources said. “Keeping in mind the sensitivity of the case, ED has been requested to intimate their concurrence on the options and suggestions made by the MEA and to advise us how to proceed further...,” MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup said.
