NEW DELHI: National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued a notice to Madhya Pradesh government over the death of two labourers due to injury in a deep sewage line in Shivpuri district. The Commission has taken suo motu cognisance of a media report that the two labourers died while on the job in a 30 feet deep sewage line project in Shivpuri on May 28, said an NHRC statement.
