During the meeting, which was held at the office of the senior superintendent of police in Greater Noida, the officials brainstormed proposals for internal and external safety and security, considering that special safety precautions will be needed when imported goods and equipment start arriving for the project in December this year.

“The metro train has a culture of punctuality and reliable services and these have to be supplemented by proper security systems. The DMRC, NMRC and the police must ensure coordination for better services,” said Santosh Kumar Yadav, managing director of the NMRC.
