The Cabinet and Union council of ministers are to meet on Friday evening to pass a resolution, recommending the dissolution of the 16th Lok Sabha, a day after the Narendra Modi-led NDA government swept the Lok Sabha election bagging 349 seats. Three more climbers have died on Everest, expedition organisers and officials said Friday, taking the toll from a deadly week on the overcrowded world’s highest peak to seven. Kalpana Das, 52, reached the summit but died on Thursday afternoon while descending, as a huge number of climbers queued near the top of Mount Everest. The Enforcement Directorate Friday moved the Delhi High Court seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to Robert Vadra in a money laundering case.
