People working in night shifts undergo the same work pressure as that of the day shift. However, often the body undergoes a lot more changes due to the change in the schedule. In her recent Instagram post, Nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee addressed the issues and wrote, “From the health perspective, working the night shift can be quite disruptive in nature and can put one at risk of developing some serious health conditions.”(Unsplash)
