As per India Meteorological Department data, Delhi recorded its lowest daytime temperature of the season on Thursday.

Delhi and the National Capital Region remained in the grip of a cold spell on Friday morning, with Safdarjung, Delhi's main weather station, recording a minimum temperature of 9.4 degrees Celsius, which is 2.5 degrees Celsius below the normal range. (AFP)
