11-year-old injured while flying a kite

An 11-year-old resident of Heera Chowk burnt his hands, after he came in close contact with overhead high-tension wires at the first floor of his neighbour's house. He was flying a kite that got stuck in the wires and while pulling at the string, he accidentally touched the wires.
