600-km marathon to pay homage to martyrs

To pay homage to martyrs of 1971 Indo-Pak war, twenty two army men are on a 600 km long marathon from Bikaner to Darbar Sahib, Amritsar. The team reached Ferozpur on Friday noon.

The team reached Ferozpur on Friday noon.

"The team will reach Darbar Sahib on Sunday after performing wreath laying ceremony at Fatehpur Rajputan, Amritsar," said team leader Captain Amit. The marathon team is also interacting with war widows, ex- servicemen and veterans of war.
