Ambala teacher rape case: Accused still at large

The four accused who were allegedly involved in abducting and raping a private school teacher of the Cantt locality continue to evade arrest two days after the registration of the FIR at Mahesh Nagar police station.

The four accused who were allegedly involved in abducting and raping a private school teacher of the Cantt locality continue to evade arrest two days after the registration of the FIR at Mahesh Nagar police station.

Sources said Babiyal residents Ravi Jat, Madan Rana, Rishu Rana and Lovely have been named in the FIR, which the police registered on December 28 after initial investigations.

In her complaint, the victim had alleged that on December 20 when she was going to the school two people abducted her after administering sedatives to her.

She alleged that she was taken to Panipat in a vehicle. Two men raped her in a room at Panipat, while two others stood guard, she said, adding that she was threatened against disclosing the incident to anyone.

The victim alleged that she was dropped near Patel Park late in the evening. Later, one of the accused took her to her residence and threatened her against divulging the incident to anyone.
