Police on Sunday arrested another accused in the murder of 28-year-old Jalandhar man Manish Luthra.
Pawan Singh, brother-in-law of main accused Ujagar Singh, was arrested from the Rajan Nagar area of the city following a tip-off on Sunday.

Luthra, a Janak Nagar resident, was stabbed to death on Wednesday night when he was opposing sale of liquor in the locality.
The police said hunt had been launched to arrest other accused, Vinod Pahadi and two unidentified persons.
A local court on Saturday sent Ujagar and his wife Nirmal Kaur to two-day police custody.
