A recruitment rally for soldier general duty and soldier technical trades for youths from Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Kapurthala and Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar districts would be held at Dogra Ground in Jalandhar Cantt from April 3 to 5.
Candidates from Jalandhar, Kapurthala, and Saheed Bhagat Singh Nagar would be screened on April 3, whereas those from Hoshiarpur would be screened the next day, a press release issued by Public Information Bureau (defence wing) said.
Screening of candidates for soldier technical category for entire Punjab (except Kapurthala, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Jalandhar and Hoshiarpur) would be held on April 5.
The aspirants should bring 12 passport sized photographs, whereas Sikh candidates should bring 12 passport sized photographs with turban and 12 without turban, in addition other requisite documents.
