Joshi, who was the chief guest at a function at the Sant Baba Bhagh Singh Institute of Engineering, said: “The Congress should also write an open letter to its president Sonia Gandhi, asking her to come clear on the land deals involving her son-in-law Robert Vadra in Haryana.”
