Sukhdev Singh, currently posted as patwari in Madinpur village, during his tenure at Kaddo village had issued a “farad” in the name of an applicant but as per the records of the land revenue department the mutation of land was not in the name of same applicant.

The DC stated it as a breach of law to issue a farad in absence of mutation, thus it called for a departmental action.

He said the state government had issued orders to look into the land dispute cases which were pending in the courts.

“These cases will be dealt within the special revenue courts soon which will be held on trial basis,” he added.
