Drug peddler arrested in Moga, 30gm heroin recovered

The accused has been identified as Raj Sukhjit Singh, the police said.

Sukhjit was arrested during a routine checking at a ‘naka’ at Joge Wala village, they added.

Police officials claimed that the drug peddler from Amritsar used to visit Dharamkot area and supply drug to his customers there.

A case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered against him, the police said.
