Sources in the ED said the process of filing challans in the case might get delayed further as the agency had still not got custodial warrants of former Amritsar Akali leader Manjinder Singh alias Bittu Aulakh, Delhi-based smuggler Varinder Raja and Sukhjeet Singh Susa, alleged courier of main accused Jagdish Bhola.

Majithia had appeared before the ED on December 26 in connection with drugs racket case.
