The conclave, which was based on creative courses related to fashion, design and film-making, was organised by a Delhi-based academy of fashion and business.

Various experts from these industries shared their experiences on the occasion. Students also asked questions from the experts that cleared their doubts and misconceptions.

Sonu Gandhi, a fashion designer, stylist and image consultant, opened the session by sharing what pushed her into fashion designing and how students should help themselves by deciding which career was right or wrong for them.
Gandhi said: "Students who are at crossroads of their careers should focus on their interests instead of merely following trends. I discovered my love for designing clothes right from school days and when it came to choosing career, fashion designing was my maiden choice and today my work is like a pleasure trip for me that has grabbed me huge success."

On a similar note, many other experts also shared their views but each one of them inspired both students and parents to choose careers as per interest and aptitude. In creative fields like films and designs, one should be able to generate unique ideas each day, they added.

"Having listened to experts, I feel parents should not pressurise their children to take only engineering or medical and rather give them freedom to choose what they like," said Sarabjeet Singh, a parent.
