Harmandeep Singh, a resident of Muktsar, alleged that he, along with another person, was going in a car towards Dialpura Bhaika on September 29 when the accused, who have an old rivalry with them, opened fire on them.

SHO Dialpura police station Mahinderjit Singh said the incident was the outcome of an old rivalry between the families but police were inquiring into the matter and no one had been arrested yet.
