The green belts are in a terrible state as stray animals can be seen barging into it and spoiling it. The belts are also being used by nearby residents to dispose of garbage as there are not many garbage dumping grounds in the city.

Residents feel the area is slowing losing its charm.

Kavita Kapoor, a resident, said, “The green belts should be maintained. Residents as well the authorities should put in their efforts to keep the belts clean.”
