Hry police denies having info on Narayan Sai's arrest

Y Puran Kumar, the superintendent of police (SP), Kurukshetra told Hindustan Times on phone on Wednesday that the district police had no information about the arrest of Sai from its jurisdiction.
SP said that he was trying to get in touch with the agencies investigating the case involving Sai for the confirmation of arrest in Haryana.
"Neither there was any prior intimation by the Gujarat or Delhi police about any plan to arrest Sai nor have they informed us after the reported arrest. Moreover, the TV flash news are contradictory as some channels claim that he was arrested from Pipli, others are reporting that accused was arrested from Delhi-Haryana border while he is also shown arrested from Punjab," said the SP.
