Lovely Professional University, in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Architects, is organising an international conference "Neo-International Conference on Habitable Environment" (NICHE-2014) from October 31 to November 2 on architecture, planning and design.
Atul Singla, chief architect, LPU, said that the conference would be attended by national and international professionals, academicians, developers, contractors, builders, environmentalists, students and policy makers from all related fields.
The keynote speakers for the conference would be Krishnarao Jaisim from Jaisim-Fountain Head, Bengaluru; Anil Laul, CEO, and principal architect from Anangpur Building Centre, Faridabad; Namita Singh from Satnam Namita and Associates; Dr Mustafa from Karadeniz Technical University, Turkey; Dr Hassib Rehailia from Badji Mokhtar University, Algeria; Dr Khosro Afzali from Azad University, Iran and Y Baguant-Moonshiram from Mauritius.
He added that the event was poised to attract a wide range of cross- disciplinary professionals dealing with environment.
