Jain community gets minority status in Punjab

Announcing the decision at a Mahavir Jayanti function organised by Bhagwan Mahavir Sewa Sansthan here on Tuesday, Punjab revenue and public relations minister Bikram Singh Majithia said a long-pending demand of the community had been fulfilled.
