“He should resign on moral grounds. Our state party chief Kamal Sharma has already demanded his resignation. Even as the chief minister has expressed his opinion against Majithia’s resignation, our national leadership will continue to maintain pressure on the SAD for this,” said Yadav, who was here for launching a drive against drugs by BJP’s cultural wing.

As why the party is adopting double standards over the drug issue as the BJP opposed the no-confidence motion moved by the Congress against the government in the assembly, Yadav said, “The state party president has already clarified our stance on the issue.”
