The Sirhind police have booked a man for abducting a girl. The case was registered on the complaint of the victim, a school student at Uchi Bhamrasi village.
After registering a case against Yadwinder Singh of Bhamrasi Jher, the police have started investigations into the case.

According to the victim, she was on her way to the village dispensary when Yadwinder offered to drop her at her house. She alleged that Yadwinder rendered her unconscious with a drugged handkerchief and abducted her. When she gained consciousness, she found herself at Bhadson bus stand.
