A 12-year-old girl has accused her father of sexually exploiting her in Moonak sub-division of the district. Moonk police station in-charge Baldev Singh said that the girl came to the police station, along with her mother, and filed a complaint alleging that her father Kahsmir Singh had raped her on Monday.
He said that, on the complaint of the girl, the police have booked Kashmir Singh under Prevention Of Children From Sexual Offences Act 2012 and section 376 of the IPC.

The police have started investigation to arrest the accused, he added. However, the police have failed to arrest the accused so far.
