Man commit suicide over land dispute

Villager Ram Singh, 32, of Buttar Kalan in Moga district committed suicide over a land dispute. He hanged himself from the ceiling fan in his bedroom, Rajinder Singh assistant sub-inspector (ASI) of the Badhni Kalan police station, has confirmed.

"After autopsy, the family of Ram Singh claimed his body. On the statement of his wife, Kulwinder Kaur, the police registered a criminal case against Buttar Kalan villagers Gurdeep Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Kuldeep Singh, and Pamma.
