Man gets 10-year jail for supplying drugs
The court of additional sessions judge Mahinderpal Singh Pahwa sentenced Mahavir Singh alias Shunti, a resident of Balianwali, to 10-year imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on him. Failing to pay the fine, he will have to undergo one-year additional imprisonment.

A local court on Friday sentenced to 10-year imprisonment a man for supplying drugs.
The court of additional sessions judge Mahinderpal Singh Pahwa sentenced Mahavir Singh alias Shunti, a resident of Balianwali, to 10-year imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on him. Failing to pay the fine, he will have to undergo one-year additional imprisonment.
Shunti was nabbed by the Balianwali police with banned drugs on April 17, 2011 during a raid by a police party based on a tip-off.
