According to information, Naresh Kumar, originally a native of Nepal, worked as a help in a house at the college road, Abohar, while his wife Rajabala was also working in another house.

On Tuesday night, Naresh went to the house of his brother-in-law Ram Parshad where the duo, along with Dotte, a relative of Ram, consumed liquor.

Meanwhile, during drinks, Naresh had a clash with the two over some issue and, after a scuffle, Naresh was hit with some sharp-edged weapon which resulted in his death.

Later on, the duo accused dug a pit in the backyard of the house and buried the body in it.

As Naresh did not return home during night, worried Rajbala came to the house of her sister Ram Piyari (wife of Ram Parshad).

Later on, the police were informed. During investigation, Ram Parkash and Dotte admitted to have committed the crime. On the basis of the statement of Rajbala, a case was registered under sections 302,201 and 34 of the IPC against Ram and Dotte, who were later taken into custody.
