Man, woman nabbed with 20 kg Poppy Husk

The police have arrested a man and a woman and seized 20-kg poppy husk from their possession. The accused have been identified as Amandeep Singh and Jasvir Kaur.

The police have arrested a man and a woman and seized 20-kg poppy husk from their possession. The accused have been identified as Amandeep Singh and Jasvir Kaur.

Both were arrested from near Bangi Kalan village on Sunday while they were travelling on a motorcycle. A case under the NDPS Act has been registered against both.
