"Manmohan Singh has managed to occupy the nation's highest executive post but he has utterly failed to resolve the identity crisis facing the Sikhs," Dal Khalsa political affairs secretary Kanwar Pal Singh said.

"The perpetrators of the November 1984 carnage are still at large... His performance as Prime Minister is not up to the mark," he told reporters here.

On the BJP's prime ministerial candidate, the Dal Khalsa leader said he agreed with Manmohan Singh that it would be disastrous to have Narendra Modi as PM.
