Under the new directions, candidates seeking admission in various courses who had earlier registered online have to submit supporting documents related to the category, reasons for extra credit claimed, result, along with a Pro forma to the department concerned by July 23.

Besides the problems in uploading of the application forms, the students who had registered online had not been given the extra five marks allotted in different categories due to a technical fault. This had also led to a demand for the cancellation of the online process.

In a statement issued on Thursday, registrar Dr SP Vats said the revised counselling schedule was available on the MDU website www.mdurohtak.ac.in with the merit list scheduled for display on July 25.

The new forms (Pro forma) will be available on the varsity website in a downloadable format. In case of any technical difficulty, candidates have been advised to contact the University Computer Centre.
