A migrant labourer was killed and two others seriously injured an area villager allegedly attacked them while they were asleep in a field in Moga on Saturday, police said.
The injured labourers claimed that their attacker was a resident of Bhinder Kalan village and he was armed with sharp-edged weapons, they said.

The assailant fled after committing the crime, police said, adding that the reason for the attack is not yet known.
