MLA Lal Singh gets notice for violating poll code

Soon after Amritsar Congress candidate Captain Amarinder Singh and Patiala candidate Preneet Kaur visited the residence of MLA Lal Singh for a party workers' meet on Tuesday, the district administration sent a notice to the Congress MLA for violating the code of conduct by misusing government property.
