Addressing gatherings in support of Congress candidate for Kurukshetra Lok Sabha seat, Naveen Jindal, in several villages of the district on Monday, he said that even INLD’s old ally BJP refused to align itself with the party. “Those associated with the INLD should introspect as to what would emerge out of this association, when the party is destined to draw a blank in the April 10 poll,” he said.

Surjewala also slammed BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, saying he was a victimof arroganceandhadalready started behaving like a PM. “The voters would teach him a lesson in the coming poll. The Congress would romp home with a thumping majority,” he said.
