Punjab College of Technical Education (PCTE) Group of Institutes organised a placement drive on its campus on Thursday. Adani Wilmar Limited visited the institute with three HR team from three Ghana, Nigeria and Singapore to conduct placemnets.
Adani Wilmar Limited is a joint venture between two global corporations: Adani Group of India - the leaders in international trading and private infrastructure, and Wilmar International Limited of Singapore- agri-business group and leading merchandiser and processor of edible oils.
Company's managing director in West Africa, Santosh Pillai, said, “We are here to recruit students who want to pursue career in African region.”
PCTE Group of Institutes director general-cum-chairman KNS Kang said, “We are pleased to host such placement drives on the campus, as it provides huge career opportunities to students, moreover placement drives with big companies motivate students.”
