Haibowal police has submitted the challan report in the court, which fixed July 3 as the next date of hearing in the case.

Police officials sounded confident about the findings in the case and sought maximum punishment to those accused of brutal killings. Inspector Satinder Pal Singh, SHO Haibowal, said that some forensic reports were awaited, which police would submit in court later.

The 375-pages challan gives every detail of the scene of crime and missing belonging of the victims, and includes interrogation report and statements of culprits, in which they had allegedly admitted to their crime.

Proof submitted in court included photographs of a trip the accused made to Shimla and Naina Devi shrine, taken on mobile phone belonging to deceased DSP Gill that the accused took away after the killings.
