The five sketches are based the description that the security agency’s employees have given to the police.

Inspector general of police (Jalandhar range) Loknath Angra is in Jagraon for investigation.

The statements of the security guards suggest that one of the robbers was clean-shaven, wearing a cap and sunglasses, while the rest had turbans on.

The police are trying to find out how the robbers had accurate infor mation about the time at which the cash would be transferred and that the vehicle was fitted with GPS (global positioning system) to track its location. It helped them plan to take away the money in their car instead of driving off the cash van.

Cops suspect it to be the handiwork of an experienced gang. Ludhiana (rural) senior superintendent of police (SSP) Ravcharan Singh Brar said the sketches would be of big help.
